UPDATE 5TH April 2021
Following today's announcement by Boris Johnson on 5th April I am so pleased to welcome back all my clients from next week, 12th April 2021 as part of Step 2 of easing out of lockdown. I will be able to resume foot, hand and facial reflexology.

Thank you for your ongoing support and looking forward to seeing you all.

My treatment room is a AoR (Association of Reflexologists) Covid -19 secure environment so that you can be rest assured that I am working responsibly and safely. This involves following government advice, strict AoR Hygiene Guidelines and the AoR Covid-19 secure workplace policy. Please click on the AoR Covid-19 Secure Workplace policy logo on this page to see more information.

I will be wearing a face mask, please bring one to wear and clean masks are available if you do not have one. If you are concerned about wearing a mask, please ask so we can discuss. All facial treatments do not require a mask by the client during the treatment. I am also covid-19 self testing twice a week.

Reflexology can help restore physical and emotional wellbeing. If you have suffered as a result of Covid-19 and are still experiencing symptoms such as profound fatigue, long lasting aches and pains, anxiety and a sense that your body is taking so long to recover, then a treatment plan can be tailored to your individual need.

All gift vouchers have been extended so please make contact when you feel ready or if they have expired and you are unsure if they are still valid.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any queries or wish to discuss any concerns you may have prior to booking a session and we can work out a way forward to ensure you have a safe, relaxed treatment.
Stay safe and well 💚

I am a fully qualified Reflexologist (MAR) and CNHC registered.

I trained at Richdales Institute at Hammersmith Hospital, London. I have an ITEC QCF level 3 Diploma in Reflexology which includes an anatomy and physiology qualification, allowing me to work within the National Health Sector. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I have also trained in 'Advanced Facial Reflexology' at the prestigious London School of Reflexology at Regents Park with Ziggie Bergman (The Bergman Method).

Having experienced Reflexology myself for several years and the amazing benefits of receiving this type of complementary therapy, I decided to train to become a Reflexologist. I wanted to be able to help other people like Reflexology has helped me. I have suffered with Endometriosis for many years and have lived with the debilitating symptoms whilst working full time and trying to balance all the other pressures life throws at you. Reflexology, along with diet and a healthy lifestyle has made such a positive impact that I wanted to share this with other people and prove that if you put the work in, and want to change things, you can, and Reflexology was the positive catalyst for me. In addition, my son had suffered from eczema since birth and feeling powerless to help him, I felt this would be a wonderful way of being able to ease the symptoms and this empowered me to take up my training. Reflexology is a great way to relax, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and reduce anxiety and depression amongst so many more ailments, disease and illness. Whether you need time to de-stress from work or home life, you have a niggling injury or pain, suffering with pregnancy symptoms or post birth or feel your body is out of sorts, why not try reflexology as the body is amazing and Reflexology is the gateway to letting the body heal itself.

I work from home in the centre of Bourne End, a 2 minute walk from the train station. There is car parking provided. This is easily accessible from Cookham, Maidenhead, Marlow, Windsor and High Wycombe.

I also work from Elizabeth House, Station Hill, Cookham, next to the train station with free parking.

I also work at Rosemead Surgery, Ray Park Avenue, Maidenhead, near Maidenhead Riverside on Tuesdays from 1.30pm (Update 10/7/20 - This location is not currently available due to Covid -19)

Home visits will be considered on a case by case basis.

Please contact me via email or phone and we can discuss what you would like to achieve from your session whether it be a specific health issue which can be tailored to your individual needs, or you may simply want time to relax, de-stress and unwind.
