Watch this space for monthly taster treatments at the Metre Market, Cookham Dean between 8.30am and 1pm for 20 minute taster sessions still remaining at £10! Or longer 40 minute sessions still remaining at £30. Try foot/facial/hand reflexology. The sessions will be behind screens/curtains (at the back of the hall) for your privacy. I am a fully qualified Reflexologist (MAR) and CNHC registered.
I trained at Richdales Institute at Hammersmith Hospital, London. I have an ITEC QCF level 3 Diploma in Reflexology which includes an anatomy and physiology qualification, allowing me to work within the National Health Sector. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I have trained in 'Advanced Facial Reflexology' at the prestigious London School of Reflexology at Regents Park with Ziggie Bergman (The Bergman Method). I am also trained in Acupressure Facial Therapy (Heidi Armstrong), working with the Chinese Acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body, which treats the unique structure of the face to support emotional and stress relief.

Having experienced Reflexology myself for several years and the amazing benefits of receiving this type of complementary therapy, I decided to train to become a Reflexologist. I wanted to be able to help other people like Reflexology has helped me. I have suffered with Endometriosis for many years and have lived with the debilitating symptoms whilst working full time and trying to balance all the other pressures life throws at you. Reflexology, along with diet and a healthy lifestyle has made such a positive impact that I wanted to share this with other people and prove that if you put the work in, and want to change things, you can, and Reflexology was the positive catalyst for me. Reflexology is a great way to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation and wellbeing, optimising good health and can be used safely alongside standard healthcare to promote better health and building resilience.
I work from home in the centre of Bourne End, a 2 minute walk from the train station. There is car parking provided. This is easily accessible from Cookham, Maidenhead, Marlow, Windsor and High Wycombe.
